There is no custom smart contract here. $LOAM is a standard token minted with the audited, widely-deployed SPL Token-2022 program — the only configuration is the transfer-fee extension (the 3% fee) with its withdraw-withheld-authority, plus the token metadata — all public and verifiable on-chain. An early plan was to freeze wallets via custom on-chain code — locked automatically, trustless by design.
We chose a different path.
AI development is progressing exponentially. Projects like Mythos are already demonstrating capabilities that make today's assumptions about custom on-chain code obsolete within years — not decades. Over the next 12 to 36 months, the attack surface on vesting and freeze logic will expand in ways that are impossible to fully predict today. An AI-assisted exploit targeting a locked community wallet would be permanent. Unrecoverable.
